The U.S.-Canada Regional Committee for IBRO (USCRC) provides fellowship support for students from developing nations who are accepted into the eligible neuroscience-related summer courses at the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole, Massachusetts and at the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in Cold Spring Harbor New York.
